We would like to remind you that the contribution for the Chamber of Employees will be claimed from employers by means of the bank statement sent in July.
Please note that this contribution is payable only once for each employee. In the case of multiple employers, the contribution for the Chamber of Employees is payable by the employer with the longest working time. In the event of equal working time, the oldest affiliation will determine the employer responsible for collecting the contribution.
In May, the Social Security Centre (Centre commun de la sécurité sociale - CCSS) will send a statement to all employers listing the employees for whom they must pay contributions for the Chamber of Employees, as well as the amount of the said contribution. Any adjustments concerning the affiliation of these employees may still be made before the invoice is sent in July.
