Reports unprocessable records in the DECAFF file

The AFFRET.dta file provides information on unprocessable records in the 'DECAFF' file.

The file contains employee entries, employee exits and any changes as sent in the 'DECAFF' file, with the addition of a rejection code.

This file is sent automatically if at least one 'affiliation' record from the 'DECAFF' procedure could not be processed.

1 The insured's social security number is incomplete or incorrect.
2 The employer registration number is incomplete or incorrect.
3 The insured's country code is incorrect or missing.
4 The insured's postcode is missing.
5 The insured's town/city is missing.
6 The occupation (precise activity) is missing.
7 The occupation code (ISCO-08) is incorrect.
8 The scheme code is incorrect or missing.
9 The 'heures/semaine' data are incomplete or incorrect.
10 The contract type is incorrect.
11 The entry date is incorrect.
12 The exit date is incorrect.
13 The exit date is before the entry date.
14 The trial period end date is incorrect.
15 The trial period duration is longer than 1 year.
16 The trial period end date is before the entry date.
17 The trial period end date is after the exit date.
18 An exit date is mandatory for contract types E, S, D and O.
19 The workplace country is not given.
20 The workplace postcode is missing or incorrect.
21 The workplace town/city is missing.
22 The percentage of shares stated is incorrect.
23 The previous entry date is incorrect or missing.
24 The previous exit date is incorrect or missing.
25 Permanent employment contract with contract end date.
26 Trial period end date for contract type E.
27 The reason for exit is incorrect.
28 Inconsistency between contract type and scheme code.
29 Inconsistency between control in field 29 and scheme code
99 Formatting error, erroneous layout, previous layout, etc.

 

AFFRET file specifications

  • The file is an uncompressed, ASCII-coded text file;
  • Fields are separated by a semicolon (;);
  • Each record ends with a carriage-return (0D hex) and a line-feed (0A hex).

xxxx = employer registration number of the SECUline member
