The Social Security Centre (Centre commun de la sécurité sociale - CCSS) would like to inform you that fraudulent campaigns relating to the issue of social security cards is still in progress. The fraudulent websites , e-mails and SMS use the CCSS identity and graphic charter to inform insured persons that their social security card has expired (see examples of phishing attacks).
Other fraudulent sites are impersonating CNS and Luxtrust in order to steal user IDs. For more information on phishing attacks involving the CNS, please consult their section "BEWARE of telephone, SMS and e-mail scams".
We would like to point out that these communications do not come from the CCSS and we warn you not to click on the link provided.
Renewal and delivery free of charge
If you wish to renew your social security card, the only valid link is the following :

The CCSS does not ask for your address, date of birth, bank details or your Luxtrust user ID when you renew your social security card. Please note that there is no charge for the renewing or the dispatch of the card.
