
The transitional period of the framework agreement on telework, allowing retroactive declarations over 12 months (from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024), has officially come to an end. On this occasion, the Social Security Centre (CCSS) is sharing the key figures relating to declarations received during this period.
Key figures
- Up to 30 June 2024, the CCSS received a total of 25,298 declarations from 1,501 employers for 18,570 insured persons.
- Of the requests processed, 7.61% benefited from the application of the framework agreement, with a monthly average of 36.01% of total working time spent teleworking.
- 92.39% of requests have been identified as pluriactivity and require a determination of the applicable legislation (DLA) by the Member State of residence. In these cases, the average monthly teleworking time corresponds to 12.88% of total working time.
