Ordering a wage statement

The wage statement contains the income registered in the Social Security Centre (Centre commun de la sécurité sociale - CCSS) records for the period requested, as at the date of issue.

Instead of receiving a letter by post, the affiliation certificate can be generated and immediately downloaded in PDF format from MyGuichet.lu. To do this, the insured must log in to their private area of MyGuichet.lu and click on the "Generate" button.

If the insured does not have access to MyGuichet.lu, they can activate their access by following the "Connect to MyGuichet.lu" procedure.

It is always possible to order an affiliation certificate using the "Order a wage statement" form. In this case, it will be delivered by post within 3 working days. If the insured person has activated the eDelivery option specifically for the CCSS in their MyGuichet.lu private area, the certificate will be deposited in this area in PDF format.

Your wage statements feature a GouvCheck QR code

All wage statements issued by the CCSS carry a QR code that can be used to check the authenticity of the certificate via the GouvCheck app.

The benefits of GouvCheck

  • The GouvCheck app can be installed on a smartphone or tablet.
  • Verification is simple, fast and accessible at any time without the need for an Internet connection.
  • If you have any doubts about the authenticity of a certificate, you can scan the QR code to obtain the official information directly.

Important: Verification via the GouvCheck app is used to confirm the authenticity of a certificate and not to reproduce the certificate in its entirety.
For example, if more than three different periods are displayed on the wage statement, only the income for the last three periods will be included in the GouvCheck QR code.

What is the aim of this initiative?

As a public organisation, the CCSS is committed to offering its users increasingly secure and transparent services. The aim of this initiative is to make it possible to verify the authenticity of all certificates issued by the CCSS to users and thus protect them from possible attempts at fraud or forgery.

How can you check the authenticity of your certificates?

  • Download the GouvCheck app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  • Open the app on your smartphone or tablet.
  • Scan the QR code of the document whose authenticity you want to check.
  • The app will tell you whether the QR code is valid, so you can check whether the details on the document match those displayed by the app.
