Employers using SECUline
Why are you receiving this invitation?
During the processing of reimbursements for the Employers' Mutual Insurance (Mutualité des employeurs - MDE), each declaration of temporary incapacity for work is checked. When the declared hours for incapacity for work exceed the employee’s planned monthly working hours, you receive an invitation to correct your declarations.
This letter ensures the accuracy of the transmitted data and prevents delays in reimbursement.
Example
If an employee works part‑time, it is not possible to declare 160 hours of temporary incapacity for work. Such an inconsistency automatically triggers the invitation to correct.

How should this letter be processed?
This letter invites you to verify and correct the declared hours. It contains a list of your employees’ declarations for which action on your part is required. For each incorrect declaration, you will find
- employee’s social security number;
- employee’s first and last name;
- concerned period;
- working hours corresponding to:
- basic remuneration;
- statutory leave;
- compensatory allowances for unemployment due to extreme weather/cyclical economic factors;
- absences due to incapacity for work borne by the employer;
- statutory public holidays;
- hours of incapacity for work
For each one of these declarations, you are asked to review the salary declarations and/or incapacity for work declarations and resubmit them via SECUline.
