“Operating declaration”: new procedure for registering an employer

Do you need a registration number from the CCSS?

A new procedure entitled “Operating declaration * ” is now available in your business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu. It allows you to complete registration formalities online, whether they are:

  • natural persons;
  • legal entities (companies);
  • organisations (federations, co-ownership associations, sports or cultural associations, etc.).

* This procedure does not require prior certification.

However, if your business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu has not yet been certified and you wish to access the other CCSS services, you may submit a certification request by following the procedure available at ccss.lu/myguichet-e or by scanning the QR code at the bottom of the page.
