Certification procedure of your CCSS business eSpace
The certification of your MyGuichet.lu eSpace will allow you to access the services offered by the Social Security Centre (Centre commun de la sécurité sociale - CCSS). To guide you through this process, we recommend following the steps below:
Create a new business eSpace
Create a new business eSpace
- You will find the detailed procedure on the page “Setting up a business eSpace” on the Guichet.lu website.
- Follow the instructions up to the section “Practical details” > “Setting up a business eSpace” and the message in the green box: “You have successfully created your professional space”.
Certification request for a business eSpace (to be carried out by the employer, not by the authorised authorised representative)
Certification request for a business eSpace (to be carried out by the employer, not by the representative)
Prerequisite: You must have completed the procedure “Create a new business eSpace”.
- Once your business eSpace has been created, you can proceed with the certification request in order to access the services provided by the CCSS.
- Under the “My procedures” tab, click on “+ New procedure”.
- In the search bar, enter the name of the procedure: “Certification: Business eSpace for employers in order to access onlines services offered by the Social Security Center (Centre commun de la sécurité sociale - CCSS)”.

- Click on “CONTINUE” and read the notice.
- Click on “CONTINUE” and fill in the required information in the “Depositor” step (person submitting the request).
- Click on “CONTINUE” and complete the required information in the “Employer” step.
- Click on “CONTINUE” to access the “authorised representative(s)” step. At this stage, you can grant access to one or more authorised representatives (e.g. accountant or fiduciary), if applicable.
Since the services offered by the CCSS on MyGuichet.lu are grouped by activity areas (i.e. by topic), you can define here the domains for which you wish to grant access to one or more authorised representatives. You may choose to grant access to none, some, or all four activity areas. The services and procedures available within each activity area are listed under each of the four activity areas. For example, if an authorised representative manages your salary declarations and incapacity for work, you should select the activity area “Wages and work incapacity”.
- Click on “CONTINUE”, carefully read the information regarding the security code and enter a security code of 6 to 10 characters of your choice.
- Click on “CONTINUE” and verify that the entered data is correct.
- Click on “CONFIRM ENTRY”. You will be redirected to the “eSign” page to electronically sign the document.
- Click on “Sign documents”, then select “LUXTRUST” and authenticate yourself.
- In the window “Confirm submission of the procedure”, click on the blue “Submit” button, then click “Submit” again. The message “Procedure submitted to the competent authority” will appear in green and the status will change to “Submitted” (in green).
- You will receive by post the holder (employer) access codes, the revocation codes for these accesses, and, where applicable, the security codes for the authorised representatives, which you must forward to your authorised representatives.
