eDelivery (MyGuichet)

Once the eDelivery service has been activated on MyGuichet.lu, the documents below will be made available to the insured in their private MyGuichet.lu space.

Automatic monthly delivery:

• Invoices for social security contributions of private households employing staff ;
  
• Invoices for social security contributions of persons who have taken out voluntary insurance (illness or pension)    
  

Automatic delivery in January:

• Certificates to be used as proof for tax returns for people who have subscribed to voluntary pension insurance.

Automatic delivery in February and August:

• Wage and hour statement for staff employed in a private household.

Automatic delivery in March:

• Certificates to be used as proof for tax returns for private households and the staff employed therein.

Within 24 hours of ordering:

• Affiliation certificate ordered on the CCSS website. Please note that it is also possible to generate and download this certificate in PDF format directly from the MyGuichet.lu private space ;
  
• Wage statement ordered on the CCSS website. Please note that it is also possible to generate and download this certificate in PDF format directly from the MyGuichet.lu private space.
