DEMDET.xml replaces the DEMDET.dta file

Brief inventory of the file information

For each "employer and insured" pair, the file requires a record containing the following information:

  • Identification of the SECUline member;
  • Identification of the employer by his registration number;
  • Identification of the insured person by his social security number and legal address;
  • Details of the procedure declared on behalf of the insured person: period and type of declaration (creation, cancellation or rectification);
  • Details of the insured person's activity for one of the five procedures listed on the "Activities abroad" page, in the "News" section.

Annexes to be provided to the DEMDET application (Rhine boatman activity only)

In the case of an application for the regular activities of a Rhine boatman (Art. 16 of Regulation (EC) n° 883/2004), two annexes must be attached to the application, in accordance with the following requirements:

  • The two annexes must be attached for each insured person making the application concerning the Rhine boatman;
  • One annex file must only be allocated to one insured person for his application concerning the Rhine boatman;
  • One annex file must contain all the pages of the official document.
