You can ask the Social Security Centre (Centre commun de la sécurité sociale - CCSS) if it holds data about you, and to disclose any such data to you.
You can exercise your right of access by posting a written letter to the Data Protection Officer.

The letter must be accompanied by a copy of your identity document. You must provide us with all the information needed to process your request (identification number, service provision contract, employer registration number for natural persons, etc.).
The data will be hand-delivered to the person making the request at the CCSS head office, once they have presented their identity card and signed an acknowledgement of receipt of the data.
