How to proceed
Declaration of entry
Temporary work agencies must submit an electronic request for affiliation using SECUline ('DECINT' procedure).
To use the 'DECINT' procedure, the employer must know the employee's social security number. Otherwise, the employer must first obtain a social security number using the 'DEMMAT' procedure.
The user company's registration number must also be known. Otherwise, the employer must first obtain a registration number using the 'DEMUTI' procedure.
Temporary work agencies can affiliate a student solely for work accident insurance, if they have been hired on an assignment contract during their school holidays to work for a user company.
Fines for late declarations
In case of a late declaration of entry or exit, a fine may be imposed.
