Services for employers on MyGuichet.lu

As part of its digitalisation and administrative simplification strategy, the Social Security Centre (Centre commun de la sécurité sociale - CCSS) offers online services for employers and their representatives in the business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu.

1. Employers using paper forms

Go digital and simplify your administrative procedures!
By certifying your business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu, you can access our online services:

• declarations (entry/exit, wages and work incapacity) ;
• consultation of your data (affiliations, wages, etc.) ;
• certificate generation ;
• receipt of documents via eDelivery (e.g., monthly account statement) ;
• and various features to facilitate administrative management.

2. Employers using SECUline

Continue using SECUline for your declarations and enjoy additional features by certifying your business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu and/or requesting access for your representatives*:

• consultation of your data (affiliations, wages, etc.) ;
• certificate generation ;
• receipt of documents via eDelivery ;
• and various features to facilitate administrative management.

* Note: The business eSpace includes several activity areas, which can be activated separately to ensure the confidentiality of different categories of information..

3. Other types of employers

Temporary employment agencies, self-employed persons (independent professionals, artisans, and merchants), and agricultural operations will have access to these services at a later stage.

Each activity area can be activated separately.
You can request access for one or more of your representatives for one or more activity areas while preserving the confidentiality of other information categories.

Access by service type allows you to view the information and functionalities available in the four service areas: consultation, procedures, certificates, and eDelivery.
