Certificates

This certificate states the total number of employees employed by the employer on the requested date.

This certificate states the total annual wage bill for employees (workers, employees, other) employed by the employer for the year(s) requested.

The account statement overview shows the key information (e.g. the date of the statement, previous balance, payments, contributions, interest, fines, reimbursement from the Employers' Mutual Insurance Scheme (Mutualité des employeurs - MDS), new balance) from the account statements in question.

A non-liability certificate may be requested by any employer or self-employed person wishing to take part in a procurement procedure in accordance with Article 90 of the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 8 April 2018 implementing the Law of 8 April 2018 on public procurement contracts.
