When a temporary work agency wishes to declare temporary staff employed at a user company, the latter must have a Social Security Centre (Centre commun de la sécurité sociale - CCSS) registration number. If the user company does not have such an employer registration number, the temporary work agency must request one from the CCSS.
Persons concerned
Temporary work agencies with a client that does not have an employer registration number with the CCSS.
This client is a company established either in Luxembourg or abroad that has never had staff (either its own or temporary workers) affiliated in Luxembourg.
How to proceed
The temporary work agency submits a request for a user company registration number via SECUline, using the 'DEMUTI' procedure.
The name and address of the user company provided through this procedure enable the CCSS to inform the temporary work agency of this user company's registration number through the 'MATUTI' procedure.
The user company's registration number must be quoted in requests for the affiliation of temporary workers submitted using the 'DECINT' procedure.
