Reports unprocessable records in the DECINT.dta file

The 'INTRET' file contains the affiliation records of temporary agency workers, as sent by the 'DECINT' file, with the addition of a rejection code.

List of rejection codes

1 The insured's social security number is incomplete or incorrect.
2 The employer registration number is incomplete or incorrect.
3 The user company registration number is incomplete or incorrect.
4 The entry date is incorrect.
5 The exit date is incorrect.
6 The occupation code (ISCO-08) is incorrect.
7 The scheme code is incorrect or missing.
8 The 'lieu de travail' data are incomplete.
9 The 'heures/semaine' data are incomplete or incorrect.
10 The 'modification' and 'ancienne date' data are inconsistent or incorrect.
11 The exit date is before the entry date.
12 The workplace country code is incorrect.
13 The previous entry date is incorrect.
14 The previous exit date is incorrect.
15 The occupation (precise activity) is missing.
16 The insured's country code is incorrect or missing.

The insured's postcode is missing.
18 The insured's town/city is missing.
19 Inconsistency between contract type and scheme code.
20 Invalid contract type.
21 The user company registration number is the same as the temporary work agency's

This file is sent automatically if at least one 'affiliation' record in the 'DECINT' procedure could not be processed.

 

INTRET file specifications

  • The file is an uncompressed, ASCII-coded text file;
  • Fields are separated by a semicolon (;);
  • Each record ends with a carriage-return (0D hex) and a line-feed (0A hex).
