| 2 | The SECUline identification number is incorrect. |
| 3 | The registration number of the employer is incorrect. |
| 4 | The social security number of the insured is incorrect. |
| 5 | The insured's country of residence does not correspond to the country of residence declared in our database. Address change |
| 6 | The application start date is incorrect. It is either below the lower limit or above the upper limit. |
| 7 | More than 3 countries are entered for the other professional activity. |
| 8 | The United Kingdom (GB) cannot be indicated as the country of activity when applying for an A1 certificate for a Rhine boatman. |
| 9 | A SECU.DEMDET.RHIN and SECU.DEMDET.EXPL appendix must be entered and submitted for each Rhine boatman procedure. |
| 10 | The vessel's IMO number is incorrect. |
| 11 | No affiliation after 1 month of waiting for declaration of activity abroad. |
